RESERVATION CHANGES
If you want to change your reservation, please let us know at least 45 days before your arrival.

PAYMENT
A pre-payment of 50% must be done 30 days before the arrival, the other 50% must be paid the day of arrival. We need your confirmation of the payment via email or faxing the voucher to our fax number: 51-84-221818.

DISCOUNTS
We offer 10% discount in any trip if you paid the total amount six month before your arrival.

PRICING
All prices are in US$, hold for a calendar year and will be reevaluated and adjusted at the end of each year, all prices will be confirmed at the reservation moment and will be ensured with the pre- payment. Prices include all the services specified in each itinerary.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are accepted via fax or e-mail until 45 days before the arrival with a penalty of 20% of the total cost, if the cancellation is done less than 45 days prior to the arrival date the penalty is 50% of the total cost, if the cancellation is done less than 20 days prior to the arrival date the penalty is 70% of the total cost, cancellations less than 19 days before the arrival are considered NO SHOW, there is no refund in this case. In case of no-show, there is no refund.

TRAVEL AND MEDICAL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend the use of a travel and medical insurance plan. If a member of a group gets sick, we take care of him by getting a qualified doctor to him/her. In these cases extra costs are assumed by the individual client, including hospitalization if necessary. In the case of accident and/or necessary emergency evacuation, all expenses will be covered by the individual. This is why we recommend the purchase of a travel and medical insurance purchased at home.

TRIP CHANGES
InnerPeru reserves the right to make changes to any itinerary or to cancel a trip if the safety of our clients or staff is at risk, in this case a refund of all unused payments will be made.

LIABILITY
Each trip itinerary has a complete list of what is included and excluded in the price, InnerPeru will not be responsible for any changes made by the client without previous coordination with the agency, delays and cancellations of flights, sickness, strikes or any other situation beyond our control.
