DAY 1.- LIMA / LA MERCED
PRIVATE SERVICE DEPARTURE FROM LIMA 6AM, ARRIVE
TO LA MERCED 12:00 PM
POOL SERVICE DEPARTURE FROM LIMA 11AM, ARRIVE TO
LA MERCED 6PM
PRIVATE SERVICE: ARRIVE, LUNCH. AFTERNOON VISIT
TO A NEAR FALLWATER OR IF YOU PREFER, CITY
WALKING.
We leave Lima to go trough the highest railway
point on the world named Ticlio, from this point
we initiate the descent to La Oroya to reach
Tarma, from where we will enter to the jungle
and finally arrive to La Merced.
DAY 2.- LA MERCED / PUERTO
OCOPA / NATIVE COMMUNITY
Alter breakfast we departure to Puerto Octopi,
where we initiate our navigation down stream,
from this point we will go to a native community
where we will arrive at the end of the
afternoon. Campsite overnight.
DAY 3.- NATIVE COMMUNITY / CLAY LICK
After a walk around the community we will go to
see a salt clay lick (collpa), where we will
spend the night in tents.
DAY 4.- CLAY LICK (COLLPA)
Very early wake up to see the behavior of the
birds in the “collpa”, where they go to eat this
special kind of clay to counteract the toxins
that they get with his daily meals. After this
activity we breakfast and then we will be ready
to enjoy a walk trough the jungle. Back and rest
in our campsite.
DAY 5.- COLLPA
We will visit the collpa again and then we will
visit native communities near the collpa and
return to our campsite.
DAY 6.- COLLPA / SATIPO
Departure early in the morning up stream to
Satipo, where we will be at the end of the day.
POOL SERVICE DEPARTURE TO LIMA AT 9PM.
PRIVATE SERVICE DEPARTURE TO LIMA NEXT MORNING.
DAY 7.- SATIPO / LIMA
Alter breakfast we departure to Lima where we
will arrive at the end of the day. Transfer to
your hotel. End of our services. |
